Student Engagement provides various forms of leadership development that creates amazing involvement opportunities on campus while also preparing yourself as a leader for your future career.

Leadership Opportunities

Clubs & Organizations – Create a new student group on campus and become an executive member.

Emerging Leaders – A six-week cohort-based beginner leadership program. Students identify their leadership styles, strengths, and values while simultaneously learning how to work with different team members to grow their skills around group dynamics.

LEADEx – A first-year student outdoor leadership program. Students participate in an outdoor ropes course at Davidson College as they put their leadership and teamwork into practice for a full day.

ROAR Leaders Orientation leaders play a pivotal role in the Royals Orientation Advising and Registration (ROAR) experience. ROAR Leaders facilitate conversations in small groups, prepare and present on different areas of campus, and help support first-year and transfer students transition into their college experience.
